Loyalty module
We made changes to our Loyalty dashboard. Layout and design is now similar to the gift dashboard. Adding and removing widgets will work in a similar way.
- We added Customer Groups to the Connect Backoffice. These will allow you to dynamically select customers based on certain parameters, such as age, city and gender. New customers with these parameters, will automatically be added to the customer group. You can access this page through the Customers page. This is available for the Loyalty Module.
- My profile and merchant info are now only accessible via the top bar
- Updated translation for “Loyalty”. The Dutch language now translates it as “Loyaliteit”.
Gift module - Fixed a small bug where the x-axis on the giftdashboard page, was not always correct.
- Updated translation for “Loyalty”. The Dutch language now translates it as “Loyaliteit”.
- Sepa exports now contain the VAT and provision values, and the amount of transactions and total sum as well.
- On the sepa detail page, an informative tooltip is presented when hovering over the ‘question mark icon’ explaining that this presented value is rounded up and may be differ slightly from the actual paid out value.
All modules - Community admins that switch to a merchant view, will see the actual sidebar that the merchant sees.
Connect App
- When using a CCV (PAX) Payment terminal, such as the A77 and A920, it is possible to use the Infrared scanner in stead of the camera to scan a card.
Portal
- The currency for a cash balance is added after the amount when logging in with a non registered card.
Admin Backoffice
- Locking/unlocking gifts now correctly logs the executing user in audit logs.
- Adding/revoking admin role now correctly logs in the audit logs.
- Adding/removing role from user now correctly logs in the audit logs.
- Added version information to the Admin backoffice
- Added field “Community Message” to the community config.
- Added communityId to the Community Overview page
- Fixed an issue where the modal window did not close correctly when converting a merchant to a webshop
- Added functionality to generate a qr code for a merchant for the Loyalty Light solution
- Fixed an issue that allowed the Community Admin to view admin pages in ABO
- Improved job launcher to correctly validate system settings
- Added backend functionality to send receipts.
- Improved backend calls to FullFilment center for automated giftcard distribution
API
- Added endpoint for customer registration with virtual cards
- Added endpoint to exchange points for a Print at home gift card
- Added endpoint to retrieve merchants where a customer card can be used
- Added endpoint to update community info
- Added endpoint to reward based on customerId
- Fixed an issue where an incorrect error was provided when an incorrect or missing authorization header was present
