Added white label features for CCV Swap (text and logo) and extended the Connect APIv2

Two new great features were added. A payment integration in the Connect app and a Payment Request in the Connect Backoffice. Other changes include language optimalisation and lotery extentions.

Small additions and changes

Added new graphs and widgets. Extended loyalty campaigns and e-money functionality

When using the exchange product redeem rule for a lottery program, we will deduct lottery tickets for the product that is redeemed, and add lottery tickets for the product that is rewarded.
Fixed a bug where a sellgift order with a similar orderid would result in an ‘already processed’ error.

Backoffice As a community admin, you can now view the dashboard pages for a single merchant. Fixed an issue where stacks did not show the correct gifts.
