Expiry jobs for non registered customers
Added configuration to execute an expiry job for customers who are not registered. This could be used as an incentive for customers to register on the Connect platform. This can be done on the Expiration page, located under the Loyalty menu.
Gift expiration period
We added different methods of configuring the expiration period of gift cards. Before it was only possible to configure the amount of days a gift would be valid. We added the following possibilities:
- Expire gift in x amount of weeks
- Expire gift in x amount of months
- Expire gift in x amount of years
- Set a date on which the gift should expire (e.g. every gift that is issued, gets the same expiration date, 7/12/2021)
Navigate to the contracts of a merchant
Fixed a bug where it was not possible to visit the contracts of a specific merchant.
Generate gift batches with issued gift cards
Fixed a bug where it was not possible to generate a gift batch with gift cards that are already issued.
Display value of slides
Slides had a minimum display time of 5 seconds, when configured in the admin backoffice. This is changed so the minimum display value is 1 second.
Generating settlements as community admin
Community admins are now able to generate settlements as the ability to select a community is available.
Lottery settlement
It’s now possible to export a settlement/sepa for lottery programs. The lottery programs are added in the export dropdown, which can be found on the settlements page after clicking on the export button.
Resend gift order
It’s now possible to resend orders done by a webshop.
If you go to the Print@Home tab under Gifts, you can enter an order number for a specific webshop.
You will then see all details for this order, how many gifts + some detail about the gift (card number, amount, …). You can resend the mail with gift cards again to an email address you enter.
Optional end dates
It is now possible to omit the end date for certain settings. Following settings no longer require an end date:
- Slides
- Reward rules
- Redeem rules
- Raffles
- Coupons

Lottery programs on dashboard
It is now possible to select lottery programs on the dashboard. These are available on the loyalty component.
Seeing other gifts
With the correct rights, it’s now possible to see all gifts of the community. And when going to the details of a gift, all transactions will be shown, not only the transactions for your own merchant.
