Introduction
It is our ambition to support community admins with one easy to use backoffice. The 3.0 release realizes this ambition for our Gift module. It completes our path to add the most frequently used Giftcard features by community admins, to the Connect Backoffice and improves the registration of new merchants.
Connect Backoffice
- Added a Pay out page for community admins. On this page you will be able to create SEPA files for a certain program and period. This page contains the following:
- The option to create a new sepa. A list of all transactions contained in this sepa will be shown.
- When creating a new sepa, the startdate will be generated automatically based on the previous sepa. This prevents a double pay out when an unfortunate mistake is made.
- An overview of all previous sepa’s. A download link will be available here as well.


- Added a merchant overview page for community admins. This page contains the following:
- A list of all merchants enrolled in the community
- An overview of how many active, inactive and total merchants are enrolled
- The possibility to activate and deactivate merchants
- A details section for every merchant. This contains a list of their devices, and users, and the option to add a user to the merchant. An email will be sent to the user asking to choose a password


- Fixed the delay that caused a 5 minute pauze before a customer became visible after the very first transaction.
- Changed colours of certain buttons to be more clear.
- Fixed a bug where the statistics page for a new merchant was empty.
API V2
- CCV Shop can be handled in a background task. This background task will also poll the Shop for orders that have not come through every hour. These changes result in a prevention of double issued gift cards or missing giftcards.
- The change above is also implemented for the sell gift call used by 3rd party webshops.
- GET Coupons for customers now shows the amount of remaining coupons that are available.
Admin Backoffice
- Fixed bug on Gifts Batch page where lock / unlock didn’t work as intended.
- Fixed a bug on the Gifts Batch page where it was not possible to issue a second batch.
- Fixed a bug where the error message on login page for merchant was not redirecting correctly.
- Added Help in header with url to Freshdesk

- Fixed bug were a community admin couldn’t create stacks because of the location selection that was not available.
- Added the option to filter for Webshop sales on the transactions page.
- Added VAT on gift commission.
- Fixed a bug where no message was shown when a stack action was unsuccessful.
- Added the possibility to add giftcard numbers to the email, when a customer buys gifts on a webshop.
- Fixed a bug where the merchants page would show an error for a community admin.
- Added auditing for community and program updates.
- Added auditing for webshop updates
- Fixed the bug where some community admins did not receive an email when a new merchant registered
Connect App
- Added a new branch to support the usage of the app on the PAX A77/A920 payment terminals by using the camera to scan a card.
- The minimal Android version for the usage of the app changed to 5.0 (from 4.1). New installs will require this version. The SLA will be updated accordingly.
- Both the Connect app and the ‘check balance’ portal will now show the image of the card when doing a top-up, top-down or balance check.
- For the vast majority of merchants it is no longer needed to fill in a device serial when logging in. It will be selected automatically if the merchant has one device serial. If a merchant has multiple, the device of choice need to be selected.
- Fixed a bug where a raffle with an empty end date would not work
