Admin Backoffice

  • Merging of customers has moved to a separate page under Maintenance. Selecting a base customer and a former customer when merging customers is now done via a more user friendly interface.
  • It is now possible to do a lottery where you have 1 winner for every merchant that participates in the lottery.
  • Fixed an issue on the generate Gifts page where from and to were switched
  • Customer Email is now set as default search param on the TransactionsPage
  • Made changes to the stocks page. Results now include topups and topdowns for the selected products.

Connect Backoffice

  • A new widget is available on the gift dashboard, named Total gift cards in circulation. It displays the amount and value of all gift cards in circulation for the selected program.
  • A new widget is available on the loyalty dashboard, named XYZ rewarded, where XYZ is the name of the community’s primary product. It displays how many customers have been rewarded certain amounts of primary product points.
  • 4 default time periods were added on the dashboard page
    • Previous month
    • Previous year
    • Previous 12 months (current day minus 12 months until now)
    • Previous 24 months (current day minus 24 months until now)
  • When successfully sending a mail campaign, a new feedback screen is added. When returning to send another campaign, previous data is now cleared.
  • When you select a customer group on the customer groups page, a new button is displayed to send a mail campaign to this customer group.
  • Styling improvements on the payouts page, the merchant applications page and the device registration page.
  • We created refund pages for communities using our E-Money module. These pages can be used to monitor refunds requested by customers. Note that customers can not request a refund unless you as a community specifically enables this.
  • The refund request page shows 3 tabs:
    • Requested, this contains customers that made their refund request, but no further action has been taken
    • Processing, this contains refund requests that have selected to be payed out, but a SEPA file has not yet been created
    • Processed, this contains refund request that have been added to a SEPA file
    • Declined, this contains refund requests denied by a community admin
  • To process refund requests, you can click the button ‘Create refund batch’ in the top right corner. You will be asked to fill in the start date and end date. All refund requests in the ‘requested tab’ that have been requested between these dates, will be added to the refund batch and receive the status ‘processing’.
  • To decline refund requests, select the ones you wish to decline by using the checkboxes on the left side of the screen. Click on decline in the upper right corner.
  • Refund batches are a bundle of refund requests that are processing, or processed. On the refund batch page you can find your already created refund batches
  • Recently created batches will show ‘Not yet processed’, and have a ‘export’ button. When clicking the export button, a SEPA file will be created. The status of the batch will be updated to ‘processed’, and the export button is replaced by a ‘download’ button, which you can use to download the generated SEPA file.
  • Fixed a bug where the commission for gift card transactions was not visible for a merchant.

Backend

  • Updated the register customers calls. These can now accept a cardIdentifier AND a cardTypeId. When both are filled in, a card for this cardType will be created. This enables you to register cards that are not yet know to Connect.
