Fixed a bug where the ‘Claimed’ widget on the gift dashboard page, also showed the partially claimed gifts. These are only fully claimed gifts.

Lottery can now be executed on a list of customers based on a customer filter.
We added a new widget on the dashboard pages, containing the top 5 merchants for each transaction type in a community. This is only visible for the community. This includes gift, loyalty and e-money.
